We coordinate with accredited training providers, handle enrollment logistics, and act as the liaison between you and the programs that match your career goals. We do not deliver training directly — we open the doors and walk you through them.

How We Support Training & Development

We facilitate access to hands-on, industry-recognized programs covering construction safety, equipment operation, trades fundamentals, and workplace certification.

Safety Certification Programs

Facilitating access to WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid and CPR, Fire Safety, PPE, Confined Space, and Ladder and Scaffold Safety training.

Equipment Operation Training

Connecting workers with Scissor Lift, Forklift, and heavy equipment operation certification programs recognized across Atlantic Canada's construction industry.

Skilled Trades Fundamentals

Facilitating entry-level trades training including Drywall Installation, Flooring, Roofing, Concrete and Masonry, Material Handling, and Construction Labourer Skills.

Certification Preparation

Supporting access to Construction Safety Officer, Supervisor Safety, Equipment Operator, and Workplace Compliance certification preparation programs.

AEFM does not personally provide guarantees or professional advice related to AIP, INB, or LMIA services. What we do provide is a partnered coordination between you, the candidate, and the trusted, licensed professionals we have vetted and work with.

AEFM does not guarantee employment, or an employer's commitment to complete any or all obligations related to IRCC matters.

However, we do guarantee a strong partner commitment to help broker disagreements, assist in further training options, or provide access to other employer services.
